Popular group Hey!Say!JUMP will have their first movie tie-in with the Dreamworks CG animation film Kung Fu Panda (to be released July 26th), it was learned yesterday. Their new song Your Seed will be the films image song. Hey!Say!JUMP’s senpai Yamaguchi Tatsuya (36) will dub the main character of the film.
For Hey!Say!JUMP their first Hollywood movie tie-in is a big step forward. The message of their debut song was “nobody is alone” and that of their 2nd single “let’s see a dream”. The 3rd single Your Seed (to be released July 23rd) will carry the message “believe in yourself”.
Yay, 3rd single! And so soon! As of now it’s not yet available from CDJapan or YesAsia, but I’ll keep an eye on that.
